EIS AQUI O PEÇONHENTO RASCUNHO DA RESOLUÇÃO APRESENTADA PELO GOVERNO PETISTA À ONU.  Se esta "COISA" for aprovada, poderemos ter em nossa legislação sanções civis e criminais para quem quer que se manifeste publicamente contra o homossexualismo.  Trata-se simplesmente do TERROR institucionalizado ameaçando a nossa liberdade de expressão e religiosa.  QUANTO ACHINCALHAMENTO do ser humano!!!

Tradução:

"Reafirmando que a Declaração Universal dos Direitos Humanos afirma o princípio da inadmissibilidade de discriminação e proclama que todo ser humano nasce livre e igual em dignidade e direitos e que a cada um é conferido todos os direitos e liberdades agrupados a seguir sem distinção de qualquer natureza.

"Afirmando que a educação dos direitos humanos é a chave para mudar atitudes e comportamentos e promover respeito pela diversidade nas sociedades, (a Comissão de Direitos Humanos),

"1. Expressa profunda preocupação pela ocorrência de violações de direitos humanos no mundo contra pessoas por razões de sua orientação sexual;

"2. Enfatiza que os direitos humanos e liberdades fundamentais são direitos inatos de todos os seres humanos, que o caráter universal desses direitos e liberdades não está sujeito a questionamento e que o gozo de tais direitos e liberdades não devem ser impedidos de nenhuma maneira por razões de orientação sexual;

"3. Convidar todos os Estados a promover e proteger os direitos humanos de todas as pessoas sem levar em consideração sua orientação sexual;

"4. Registrar determinado cuidado a todas as violações de direitos humanos por razões de orientação sexual por procedimentos especiais em seus relatórios para a Comissão de Direitos Humanos, assim como, pelo tratado, inspecionar pessoas, e encorajar todos procedimentos especiais da Comissão, acerca de seu mandato, para dar desta forma atenção à matéria;

"5. Requerer ao Alto Comissariado das Nações Unidas de Direitos Humanos prestar, desta forma, atenção às violações de direitos humanos por razões de orientação sexual;

"6. Decidir continuar a consideração da matéria na sua sexagésima sessão sob o mesmo item da agenda."

"Reaffirming that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights affirms the principle of the inadmissibility of discrimination and proclaims that all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights and that everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth therein without distinction of any kind,

"Affirming that human rights education is a key to changing attitudes and behavior and to promoting respect for diversity in societies, [the Human Rights Commission],

"1. Expresses deep concern at the occurrence of violations of human rights in the world against persons on the grounds of their sexual orientation;

"2. Stresses that human rights and fundamental freedoms are the birthright of all human beings, that the universal nature of these rights and freedoms is beyond question and that the enjoyment of such rights and freedoms should not be hindered in any way on the grounds of sexual orientation;

"3. Calls upon all States to promote and protect the human rights of all persons regardless of their sexual orientation;

"4. Notes the attention given to human rights violations on the grounds of sexual orientation by the special procedures in their reports to the Commission on Human Rights, as well as by the treaty monitoring bodies, and encourages all special procedures of the Commission, within their mandates, to give due attention to the subject;

"5. Requests the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to pay due attention to the violation of human rights on the grounds of sexual orientation;

"6. Decides to continue consideration of the matter at its sixtieth session under the same agenda item."
